Carrying his beautiful bride across the threshold of their Honeymoon suite, the handsome groom was giddy with excitement anticipating their first night together as husband and wife. As he set his bride down, the young groom decided that he better set some ground rules right up front for their marriage.
He took off his pants and tossed them over to his new wife and said, "Put these on."
Puzzled at his request, she took off her dress and pulled on the pants thinking it was some kind of newlywed game. She laughed when the pants were obviously too big for her, as she had to hold them around the waist just to keep them up. She said, "I can't wear these, they are too big for me."
Without batting an eye, her groom answered, "That's right. And as long as you understand, that I wear the pants in this family, we will have a long and happy life together."
The new bride smiled at her husband and let the pants fall to the floor. She then removed her panties and tossed them across to him and said, "Here, you put these on."
Not sure where she was going with this, the groom thought he would humor his bride and try to put her panties on. He couldn't even get them up past his knees when he looked at her and said, "This is ridiculous, I can't get into your panties."
The new wife responded, "And that's the way it's going to stay until your attitude changes!"

32 YEARS AND COUNTING...
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO US!!!
Then...
And now...
I'm amazed at how the time goes by sometimes. The nice thing for us is... we still LIKE each other. lol!!
It's also pretty cool, that we'll be able to celebrate this weekend with our first ride together since Harley's accident last May. My title will be here tomorrow, so I'll be able to finally seal the deal. Woo Hoo! I've not posted pictures yet, because I was afraid I would jinx myself.
Give me a couple days... I'll have plenty to share!
As my sweet friend KT always says... Happy Trailzzzzz!!!
Back in the saddle again,

FRIDAY FUNNY - "I FISH ON FRIDAYS"
After 35 years of marriage, a husband and wife went in for counseling. When asked what the problem was, the wife went into a passionate, painful tirade listing every problem they had ever had in the years they have been married.
On and on and on she shared about: neglect, lack of intimacy, emptiness, loneliness, feeling unloved and unlovable. An entire laundry list of unmet needs she had endured. Finally, after allowing this for a sufficient length of time, the therapist got up, walked around the desk and after asking the wife to stand, embraced and kissed her passionately as her husband watched with a raised eyebrow.
The woman shut up and quietly sat down as though in a daze.
The therapist turned to the husband and said, "This is what your wife needs at least three times a week. Can you do this?"
"Well", the husband replied, "I can drop her off here on Mondays and Wednesdays, but on Fridays... I fish."

PIC OF THE WEEK - 30 YEARS AND COUNTING!
JUNE 14, 1980... 30 YEARS AND COUNTING!
Today, we celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary! I drug out the ol' album yesterday and reminisced over this wonderful day, so many years ago.
JUST MARRIED...
This has always been one of my favorite pictures of us that day. I think it has something to do with the way he looked at me so intently while I talked! BTW... things change. LOL!
Getting married is great... if you pick the right one! No one ever said it's easy, but if you find the one who makes your heart sing and your soul complete... your a winner. Sometimes, we have to try more than once to find our match, but I truly believe... there is someone out there for everyone. You just have to find them.
We had a wonderful weekend spending time on the Glides! We rode just over 300 miles on Friday and probably half as much on Saturday. (We'd have went farther, but a flat rear tire made us head for home quicker! More on that later...)
I'm very happy we got to enjoy our weekend doing what we love to do. Now if I can just get through this week, I'll be doing great! There's another weekend right around the corner! Have a great Monday everybody!
