PIC OF THE WEEK

CHILLY IN CHATTANOOGA!
Brrrrrrrr! We spent the weekend in a cabin on the Tennessee River and it was cold! This pic was taken Sunday morning before we left to come back home. It was a crispy 32 degrees. Post to follow. (If I get thawed out in time!) Happy Monday! Have a nice week!

ann... they sure did, and the long johns, and the rain pants! I had four layers on top and bottom! The only thing I had a real problem in my hands. My gloves, even with the liners, were just not sufficient enough. But we stopped to warm up now and then.

mr.m... this was a beautiful place. I could live on the river, or a lake, or a pond, hell... I would be happy with a good size creek! Can you tell I like water?

b.b... Thanks! I made a friend while we were there. The cat in the pic was the cabin cat, very friendly and he loved getting all the attention from the n&n's. (nieces and nephews)

one harley rider... we got home safe, albeit a bit cold. Nothing a nice hot shower didn't fix. It was a nice spot on the river. We would stay in that place again. Great for families to come together. I'll post about it and give a link soon.

big d... "doobee doobie doo..."? Some memories are more memorable than others, heh? This would be a great central location to host a Blogger's Rally! It's time to make more memories.

Lady R it might be time to look into Electric Heated Gloves. I bought Synergy gloves in Anchorage and could kick myself for waiting so long. What a huge difference and they work a lot better than I thought they would.

arizona harley dude... I would have loved having heated gloves that day. And a heated seat! Thanks for the tip, I will look into that. Thankfully, here in the South, we don't have to contend with freezing temps for long periods of time.

dave... clears the cobwebs, that's for sure!

kt... be sure and let me know if you ever get in my neighborhood! I would love to show you around.

Ronman... thanks! Ilove your state. It's a beautiful place!
