PIC OF THE WEEK

CATCHING SOME RAYS
We rode up to Mt. Cheaha and Martin Dam Saturday and spotted these turtles taking a break and catching some sun. It was beautiful warm day, perfect for riding. I hope you all had a nice Mother's Day weekend and here's to a great week! Happy Monday everyone!

Authors note: Okay, maybe this is lame to some of you, but hey... I thought they were cute! LOL! Coming tomorrow... BAGR4LF AND BEST IN SHOW

Great picture! Nature has her own way of adding to the riding experience.

I like to canoe down a slow Florida river...and come across the turtles sunning themselves like this...Painted turtles...pretty cool, and a nice notice...thanks for posting...you know it reminds us to look not just for the things in the road...but to notice nature while we are out and about too!

So if you see em, snap a shot ;]

Turtles need love too. The whole point to getting out on the road is to see all there is to see.

I think it's perfect, just like you said.

AZ Dude... Thanks! Nature is definitely part of the best rides.

Webster... Okay... you caught me. I'm really trying to break into the Wildlife Pornography market. Shhhh.

Ann... :)

Dean... Thanks! LOL! I wonder how many of us are looking back at that picture to see the f*#king turtles. I DID! LOL!!!

Willy... But they're so cute! It would probably give you heartburn! LOL!

Chessie... I know you know what I mean! You have a talent for noticing the unique and interesting picture ops too! Your so right... there's a lot to notice and enjoy while riding, besides the road!

B.B... Thanks girl! It's like puppies and kittens, heh? Everybody needs a dose of cute now and then!

Big D... I will be on the lookout for any otters. ;)

Dave... you betcha! It's like Chessie said... "there's more to look at than just the road". Glad you think they're cute. Now will you tell Willy D to go get a hamburger or something? We wants to eat our turtles! =:O

Steph... I guess I shouldn't have worried about this post. Who said bikers don't have a soft heart for cute? Glad you liked the pic.

mq01... Thanks! You crack me up. Don't worry... I thought it was "neat" too! It's better than being groovy! LOL!

Nature is one of the main reasons most of us ride. Then there is Adrenaline, and relaxation.

Stopping and taking time to photo Nature just makes you a blogger.

Baron... Your right! Those rocks do look like a croc. I didn't even notice that at first. Cool eye.

Mr. M... Nature IS the biggest part. Your able to notice so much more when you ride.

Sometimes I suffer from bloggers guilt...I actually see a lot more than I can share, but I can't always stop safely. LOL!

Oh well, ride on I say!
