PIC OF THE WEEK

OH MY, WHAT BEAUTIFUL MILEAGE YOU HAVE!
This classic speedometer on this 1985 DYNA, the first year of the Blockhead, belongs to our good buddy the Beav. I guess if the scenery gets really boring, you could always gaze at your speedometer! Happy Monday everybody!

Love it! Where did he get it? It would be cool to do something like it but different. A new way to add subtle accents.

That's awesome! I love it.

Yeah! Have you not read my posts!! I don't need to be looking at that! (However I do very, very, very much appreciate that exsquisite piece of artwork.)

It looks like 60mph is the magic number on the speedometer. I could never have anything on my bike like that. I already have an overactive imagination. I would just explode. Pin-up art actually gets me more excited than actual photos. Don't know why. Just sends my rocket into orbit! (dang, see! look at how my one sentance comment turned into a book!)

And causes me to make spelling errors on top of it.

mr. m... I called my friend this afternoon after I read your comment. When he bought it, it was already on there, but he will talk to the guy he bought it from in a few days and ask. I think it's awesome as shit. I love the old vintage look, and it's sexy too!

ann... me too!

dean... we all seem to be in agreement! LOL!

rooter bear...yes, pin-up girls are perfectly gorgeous! I can just imagine you riding down the highway, enjoying the ride of a lifetime, laid out with curvy roads surrounded by big beautiful mountains when you look down to check your speed and... POW! Another rocket into orbit! Woo Hoo!

b.b... Yes, but at least they went out smiling. :)

Thanks, I'll anxiously await!

Aahhh, the Rooter Bear comments keep coming! Too funny! Dave's never gonna live this one down.

LOVE the speedohoh.
But because some think I'm opinionated, I must say that the first year of the 1340 Blockhead was 1984, last year was 1999.

BTW; Thanks for the welcome.

Wow, the Beav has good taste in speedo's. Bettie Page if I ever saw her. Now if she was a blonde, she'd look very much like...(slap!) What the hell am I saying?!

I have seen this before. That's a pic of my ex wife.

mr m... yeah, dave may regret telling us merciless souls too much information!

willy d... "speedohoh" LOL! I stand corrected about 1985 being the year of the first blockhead. I'll take it up with my pal who fed me the info.

Joker... I knew you would appreciate this, but then again, who wouldn't? I had to read your comment twice because for some reason you made me have a visual of my pal the Beav in a speedo! LOL!

Big D... LOL! Some are just born to be ridden!

I noticed as a women you were able to keep your article short and sweet. I would have had a bigger post.

RC... I usually don't write much for my "Pic of the Week", but I enjoy hearing from others what they think of my selection.

I've always heard that riders should avoid target fixation!
