HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM!!

Ya'll are just gonna have to excuse me a moment while I take this opportunity to wish my mom a great big... HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

This was taken a couple years ago but I can tell you, she still hasn't lost her zest for life! In fact, she and my Aunt (Hotline) just returned home from a week and a half long road trip together. They hopped in the car and drove from Dubuque, IA to Cody, WY so she could visit some of her family. We nicknamed them "Thelma and Louise" and told them... "just don't go near the Grand Canyon!" LOL!

BTW... we logged close to 200 miles that day... she took it like a champ!

Happy Birthday mom... I love you very much!!

Your favorite daughter,
Me! (Lady R)

Happy Birthday to your cute Momma!

I truly think that some of us just grow better with age and that zest is what keeps us going! :)

Does it make it less meaningful if a stranger like me wishes her Happy Birthday?

Doesn't matter. Happy Birthday, anyway!!!

Thank you every body for my mom's birthday wishes!

She still has a hard time remembering how to log on here and leave the comments herself,(she's doing pretty good with FB though!) so I told her I would do that for her.

Irondad... she said... "nope, and thank you very much!" LOL!

My mom is such a wonderful lady, and very special to me. I thank you all again for helping me make her day special too!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MOM-so glad to hear she got to go on a road trip-always makes you appreciate your home that much more after you return. What is this "favorite daughter"-aren't you her only daughter?--caught you on that one! Glad I'm going to get to visit a little this week. Your friend-EM PS: I am my Mom's favorite daughter too.
